Mike specializes in industrial investment sales, leasing strategy, industrial outdoor storage (IOS), logistics-oriented assets, and strategic advisory. His work is grounded in disciplined market judgment, technical understanding, and deep local insight - providing clarity where timing, structure, and execution materially affect outcomes.

Over his career, Mike has completed $500+ million in industrial and government-related transactions, including single-tenant net-lease investments and specialized logistics and IOS assets. He is known for calculated positioning, measured execution, and a practical understanding of how industrial markets function in real-world conditions.

With a background in facilities engineering and deep working knowledge of industrial building systems, Mike brings an operational perspective that goes beyond surface-level metrics, allowing risk to be identified earlier and decisions to hold up over time.

Approaching three decades in Jacksonville, Mike also brings more than two decades of federal service, including nine years on active duty at NAS Jacksonville and multiple overseas deployments. That experience shapes a leadership approach defined by preparation, accountability, and integrity.
